Stardew Valley WIKI
First spring plan
Build a manageable daily routine while leaving time to learn the town, fishing, and the mines.
THE GUIDE
What to do and why
Keep the crop patch small
Clear enough space for a crop area you can water without exhausting the entire morning. Save some energy and daylight for gathering wood, meeting villagers, and learning routes. A larger field is useful only when you can maintain it consistently.
Visit town with a purpose
Check the calendar, shops, and new locations during trips to Pelican Town. Speak to people you pass and note where useful services are. Combining errands reduces the feeling that every day must be spent on one activity.
Choose a skill to practice
Farming, fishing, foraging, mining, and combat all progress over time. Try one new activity on days when crops need little work. There is no need to maximize every skill in the first season.
