Palworld WIKI

First base

Set up a small base that can provide food, storage, and a steady supply of basic materials.

THE GUIDE

What to do and why

Choose space for work

Place the Palbox where Pals can reach stations without awkward obstacles. Leave room for a Feed Box, beds, storage, and future production. A compact, navigable layout is easier to manage than a sprawling first build.

Secure the daily loop

Gather basic wood and stone, create tools and Pal Spheres, and establish food. Assign captured Pals to jobs that match their work suitability. Watch what actually runs out before adding more stations.

Explore from a safe return point

Carry enough supplies to catch Pals and recover from a fight, then return when inventory or health becomes limiting. Fast travel points and a stable base make later exploration more efficient.
