Hades II WIKI
First runs
Use each run to learn an encounter pattern and advance one lasting upgrade.
THE GUIDE
What to do and why
Choose a simple attack plan
Start a run with one move you can use reliably and a cast plan for controlling crowded space. You can experiment with boons later, but a dependable baseline helps you see whether a new choice improved the run.
Learn enemy priority
In each chamber, identify which enemy limits your movement or fires from a distance. Make space before chasing damage. When a run ends, note the encounter and action that caused it so the next attempt has a concrete learning goal.
Spend resources on a purpose
At the Crossroads, compare available permanent upgrades with the problem from your last run. Improve survivability if you cannot reach a guardian consistently; adjust your attack plan if you survive but cannot finish encounters.
