About Witch It
Witch It is a multiplayer hide‑and‑seek title where players join either the hunter team or the witch team. Hunters roam vibrant villages, exotic islands, and peculiar forests to locate witches that have disguised themselves as ordinary props.
Witches survive by mimicking any physical object and can cast spells to fly, disorient, or distract a hunter when discovered. The game includes several modes, an in‑game map editor, and a range of cosmetic items that can be earned through play and crafting.
01 / THE GUIDE
Gameplay Basics
In each match hunters search for witches that blend into the environment as furnishings, groceries, or utensils. A witch is considered caught when a hunter identifies the prop and the witch is removed from the round.
Both sides move freely thanks to dynamic, physics‑based prop movement; props can be pushed and slid, allowing hunters to reach hidden spots and witches to reposition within the same arrangement. Each map’s prop layout varies, keeping rounds distinct.
- Observe props that shift slightly when interacted with; movement can reveal a hidden witch.
- Experiment with different detection tools early in the round to narrow down likely hiding zones.

Game Modes
Hide and Seek is the standard mode where witches must survive until the time limit expires while hunters pursue them. Mobification speeds up play by turning eliminated witches into hunters, expanding the hunter team as the round continues.
Hunt a Hag disables all skills and projectiles, creating a pure tag experience. Fill a Pot is a 2v2 competitive mode in which witches must collect specific props and place them in a cauldron before time runs out or they lose all lives.
- In Mobification, be ready for the hunter roster to grow, which can change the pacing of the round.
- During Fill a Pot, coordinate prop collection with your teammate to avoid duplicate attempts.
