About Wilmot's Warehouse
Wilmot's Warehouse is a puzzle‑simulation where you manage a bustling storage space as employee Wilmot. Incoming truckloads add products that you must push, sort and stack, arranging them in any system you prefer.
The game offers single‑player, split‑screen co‑op, an optional Expert Mode for added challenge, and a backdrop of electronic music. Performance Stars earned from successful retrievals can be spent on labor‑saving upgrades.
01 / THE GUIDE
Gameplay Basics
Products arrive in truckloads and gradually fill the warehouse floor. You decide where each item goes—by colour, type, or any personal system—so the space remains usable as more shipments come in.
When the service hatch opens, you must locate the requested items quickly. Successful retrievals award Performance Stars, which are required for upgrades.
- Place frequently requested items near the hatch for faster access.
- Leave clear pathways to move larger stacks without obstruction.

Product Variety
The warehouse can hold up to 500 distinct products, giving you a broad range of items to organise. Each product can be placed wherever you see fit, allowing fully custom layouts.
Because the inventory is large, early planning of zones helps prevent overcrowding as additional truckloads continue to arrive.
- Group similar items together to reduce travel distance during hatch openings.
- Reserve space for items you know will be requested often.

Upgrades and Perks
Performance Stars are awarded during play and can be spent on a variety of labor‑saving upgrades and perks. These upgrades are optional.
Spending stars on upgrades lets you balance speed of retrieval with the organisation of your warehouse, as better tools can make later challenges easier.
- Consider upgrades that improve movement if navigating feels cumbersome.
- Track which upgrades give the most noticeable reduction in retrieval time.

Co‑op Mode
Split‑screen two‑player co‑op lets a friend join you to organise the warehouse together. In this mode you work in tandem with a friend to organise the warehouse together.
Co‑op requires at least one gamepad, but otherwise mirrors the solo experience, including access to Expert Mode for an extra challenge.
- Assign each player a dedicated zone to avoid stepping on each other’s items.
- Communicate which items are needed when the hatch opens to avoid duplicate searches.
