About Will You Wheel?
Will You Wheel? is an early‑access car life simulation where players acquire rusty vehicles, repair them, and transform them into race‑ready machines. The core loop revolves around fixing a car enough to drive, then continuously maintaining and upgrading it as goals evolve.
The game features an open‑world map with traffic, multiple race types, and a system of buying, selling, and towing parts using a truck. Progress is marked by winning races, which adds defeated drivers’ cars to the player’s garage, and by purchasing properties such as houses, garages, and shops.
01 / THE GUIDE
Car Repair and Upgrade
Players start by diagnosing issues on junk cars and repairing enough components to make the vehicle operable. Once running, the car can be kept in good condition and upgraded with new parts over time.
Upgrades are funded by selling parts to customers and ordering new components, allowing the build to evolve as race requirements change. Parts can be added, replaced, or modified throughout the project.
- Compare the cost of buying new parts versus selling salvaged ones to maximize cash flow.
- Prioritize fixing critical systems first to get the car on the road sooner.
02 / THE GUIDE
Towing and Transport
A truck is provided for moving parts and towing junkyard vehicles out of the scrapyard. This enables players to collect project cars and transport components between locations.
Transporting vehicles also opens opportunities to find new projects, expanding the garage’s inventory and providing additional sources of income through sales.
- Plan routes that combine towing with part deliveries to reduce travel time.
- Use the truck to clear space in the junkyard for easier navigation.

Open‑World Racing
The game offers a large open map with traffic where players can drive their upgraded cars. Various race events become available as the vehicle improves.
Winning races climbs the blacklist and rewards the player with the defeated driver’s car, adding it to the garage for future use or modification.
- Explore different road sections to become familiar with traffic patterns before entering races.
- Experiment with multiple race types to discover which car setups perform best.

Race Types
Will You Wheel? includes drag, drift, street, and rally races, each presenting distinct challenges and vehicle requirements. Players can select the type that matches their current car build.
Diverse race formats encourage varied upgrades, such as power for drag or handling for rally, giving players multiple pathways to progress.
- Match your car’s strengths to the race type for higher chances of victory.
- Balance upgrades between speed and handling to stay competitive across formats.

Property Management
Beyond vehicles, players can purchase houses, garages, and shops. These properties expand the player’s base of operations and can support the car‑building workflow.
The specific benefits each property type provides are not detailed in official materials, so their role in the workflow may become clearer as the early access build evolves.
- Consider purchasing a garage early as part of your property plans.
- Consider the location of properties relative to the open map for efficient travel.
