About Unferat
Unferat puts you in the role of an outcast seeking revenge against a hostile settlement. Your actions—stealing supplies, spreading disease, or raising undead—directly shape how the world reacts, letting you set the pace and style of each encounter.
The game features a living world with changing weather and day‑night cycles, an honest settlement economy driven by many professions, and four magical disciplines. You can exploit the environment, disrupt supply lines, and use alchemical and sorcerous tools to weaken the village or protect your lair.
01 / THE GUIDE
Living World
Weather and time of day shift continuously, while plants and animals renew themselves according to their place in the food chain. These changes affect when you can hunt, gather herbs, or move unseen, giving you natural cues for planning actions.
Because the ecosystem behaves independently of the settlement, you can observe animal movements or weather patterns to decide when routes are less patrolled or when resources are most abundant.
- Watch the in‑game weather cycles to choose moments that match your intended approach.
- Note animal locations to find paths that avoid frequent villager traffic.

Settlement Economy
Villagers work as miners, blacksmiths, cooks, herbalists, alchemists, traders, and hunters. Their labor produces ore, herbs, food, and potions, and they earn money to improve equipment, creating a self‑sustaining economy.
Disrupting this economy—by breaking supply lines or ambushing popular routes—creates shortages of ore, herbs, ammunition, food, or potions, which weakens the settlement’s ability to defend itself.
- Identify which professions supply the resources you plan to target.
- Intercept transport routes during peak activity for maximum impact.

Four Magical Disciplines
Necromancy, witchcraft, alchemy, and demonology each provide a distinct set of abilities. You may master a single discipline or combine elements from several to suit your revenge tactics.
You can become a master of one discipline or build a unique set of skills, allowing you to tailor how you confront villagers, raise the dead, or curse supplies.
- Start with one discipline to learn its core mechanics before mixing others.
- Consider how each discipline’s abilities complement the others for hybrid strategies.

Deep Sorcery System
Creating spells requires attention and concentration, reflecting a deliberate casting process. Applying spells also requires fantasy.
Because attention and concentration are required, you need uninterrupted moments to prepare high‑impact spells, ensuring the necessary fantasy is available when you apply them.
- Find quiet moments in‑game to concentrate before casting demanding spells.
- Remember that applying spells requires fantasy.

Alchemy Tools
Alchemy lets you craft poisonous fog jars, toxin‑coated daggers, and plague rats. These items can be thrown, applied to weapons, or used to contaminate enemy supplies.
Deploying alchemical weapons adds a layer of threat to raids and defensive actions, turning ordinary encounters into more dangerous situations for villagers.
- Combine poison with melee weapons for layered damage.
- Use fog jars at a distance to affect groups of enemies.
