About Tiny Rogues

Tiny Rogues is a fantasy rogue‑lite dungeon crawler that mixes RPG progression with bullet‑hell combat. Players clear rooms of enemies, defeat a boss at the end of each floor, and then choose a reward that shapes the next run.

The game offers over 20 uniquely themed floors, 34 unlockable character classes each with a passive ability, more than 500 equipment items, and a pool of 100 traits that make every run feel distinct.

01 / THE GUIDE

Character Classes

There are 34 different character classes to unlock, and each class provides its own unique passive ability. The passive influences how the class interacts with enemies and items during a run.

Because the passive is fixed per class, selecting a class determines part of the strategic foundation for that run, while other choices such as traits and equipment remain flexible.

  • Compare a few classes side‑by‑side to see which passive aligns with your preferred combat approach.
  • Try a class with a passive that complements the archetype you plan to build.

02 / THE GUIDE

Floor Structure & Bosses

Each run consists of 10 floors, and every floor ends with a boss drawn from a pool of over 40 distinct encounters. Floors are themed, providing unique sets of enemies to face before the boss.

Defeating a floor’s boss allows progression to the next floor, creating a steady increase in difficulty and variety throughout the run.

  • Observe the enemy patterns on early floors to build anticipation for later boss mechanics.
  • Use the reward from a boss to adjust your build before entering the next floor.

03 / THE GUIDE

Equipment & Weapons

Players can discover over 500 equipment items and more than 400 weapons. Each item provides distinct stats that affect combat performance and survivability.

Equipping different gear between runs lets you experiment with how various stats interact with your chosen class, traits, and archetype.

  • Prioritize items that boost the primary stat of your chosen archetype.
  • Swap gear after each run to test new combinations.

04 / THE GUIDE

Traits & Build Archetypes

During a run you level up and can select from over 100 traits. Traits are grouped into three core archetypes: melee, ranged, and magic.

Focusing traits within a single archetype creates a specialized build, while mixing traits from different archetypes produces hybrid playstyles.

  • Align traits with the archetype that matches your class’s passive for consistency.
  • Experiment with hybrid trait mixes to discover unexpected synergies.

05 / THE GUIDE

Progression & Perks

Beyond individual runs, you gain Mastery Level progress that unlocks meta perks, adding long‑term growth to the experience.

World Objective quests guide deeper exploration and reward additional powerful perks as you advance.

  • Complete World Objective quests to expand your perk options.
  • Balance short‑term run power with the longer‑term perk path you are building.
