About The Rabbit Haul
In The Rabbit Haul you control Sprout, a rabbit rebuilding a farm after the Trash Panda Posse’s raid. By day you plant crops and construct plant‑based towers, shaping a garden that must survive nightly waves of raccoon enemies. Each night tests the layout and upgrades you prepared during daylight.
Runs are cyclical: daytime planning, nighttime defense, then a reset that lets you rebuild without losing all progress. New biomes, weapons, outfits and tower options unlock as you advance, encouraging varied strategies and creative garden designs.
01 / THE GUIDE
Daytime Farming
During daylight Sprout farms purposefully, growing crops and placing defensive plant towers. The placement and synergy of these plants influence how well the garden endures the night. You can experiment with different crops and tower layouts each run.
The farming phase is untimed, allowing you to plan at your own pace. Successful planting and tower building set the foundation for nighttime defense, and each run’s garden evolves based on previous choices.
- Try arranging towers to cover multiple entry points for broader protection.
- Observe which crop combinations boost tower effectiveness and note them for future runs.

Nightwave Defense
When darkness falls, the Trash Panda Posse attacks in waves. Raccoons arrive with distinct tricks and behaviors, attempting to steal your crops. Tower upgrades and weapons become crucial to repel these nightly assaults.
Each successive night introduces tougher enemies and smarter tactics, demanding that you refine your garden’s defenses. Surviving until morning validates the care taken during the day.
- Prioritize upgrading towers that target multiple raccoons at once.
- Watch enemy patterns to adjust tower placement before the next wave.

Biome Challenges
The game features three distinct areas: the Tundra, the Coast, and the central town. Each biome adds unique obstacles—splitting raccoons in the Tundra, ice‑based attacks, and pirate cannon fire on the Coast.
These environments force you to adapt planting strategies, as location matters for both crop growth and tower effectiveness. Rebuilding enough of the town opens up Sprout's map, revealing new areas to explore.
- Test plant placements that suit the Tundra’s split‑mechanic raccoons.
- Consider defensive layouts that mitigate long‑range pirate attacks on the Coast.

Progression & Unlocks
Each completed run contributes to rebuilding the town, unlocking new outfits, weapons, and garden upgrades. Failure does not erase progress; instead, it adds to the town’s reconstruction, opening more map areas.
Unlocks are tied to cumulative rebuilding, allowing you to customize Sprout’s appearance and expand tactical options without starting from scratch each time.
- Focus on rebuilding key structures to access new biomes sooner.
- Experiment with unlocked weapons to discover synergies with your plant towers.
