About The Jackbox Party Pack 9
The Jackbox Party Pack 9 adds a ninth collection of party games for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Players join using any web‑enabled device such as a smartphone or tablet, while up to 10,000 audience members can participate to affect outcomes. The launch language is English, with a multilingual patch planned for French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
The pack does not include built‑in online matchmaking, but remote play works by screen‑sharing through video‑call platforms like Zoom or Discord. All titles support local multiplayer and can be streamed for large gatherings, making it suitable for both in‑person and remote parties.
01 / THE GUIDE
Fibbage 4
Fibbage 4 is a bluff‑based party game for two to eight players. It introduces a Final Fibbage round, video‑question prompts, fan‑submitted questions, and a Fibbage Enough About You mode.
Players create false answers to fool opponents, and the new content adds variety to each round without changing the core bluffing mechanic.
- Try the fan‑submitted questions for unexpected humor.
- Use the Final Fibbage round to see how scoring shifts at the end of a game.
02 / THE GUIDE
Quixort
Quixort supports one to ten players who sort falling answer blocks into the correct order before they hit the floor, either cooperatively or solo.
In solo mode the goal is to sort as many blocks as possible before the stack tops out, offering a high‑score challenge.
- Coordinate quickly in team mode to keep blocks from reaching the bottom.
- Practice solo runs to master the ordering pattern.

03 / THE GUIDE
Junktopia
Junktopia accommodates three to eight players who have been turned into frogs by a wizard. Players craft backstories for odd objects and then have those items appraised.
The player whose items receive the highest appraisal value wins the chance to become human again, ending the frog transformation.
- Focus on exaggerated, humorous details to boost appraisal scores.
- Listen to other players’ stories for inspiration.
04 / THE GUIDE
Nonsensory
Nonsensory is for three to eight players and tests Nonsensory Perception through drawing, writing, and guessing prompts that are ranked on a silliness scale.
Success depends on how closely a guess matches another player’s hidden prompt, encouraging wild imagination and humor.
- Embrace absurdity in drawings to increase matching chances.
- Notice recurring themes in prompts for better guesses.
05 / THE GUIDE
Roomerang
Roomerang supports four to nine players in a reality‑TV‑style competition where participants answer prompts, role‑play, and try to avoid being voted out.
Eliminated players can re‑enter the drama through a “Roomerang‑ed” mechanic, keeping everyone involved throughout the session.
- Develop a consistent character persona to influence voting.
- Use humor in prompts to stay memorable when re‑entering.
