About Super Robot Wars 30
Super Robot Wars 30 continues a three‑decade legacy of tactical RPG combat, uniting mecha from many anime series. Players guide characters and their giant robots through story chapters, moving and attacking on a battle map before enemy units act.
When all enemies are defeated, the game enters an Intermission where earned resources can be spent to train pilots, upgrade robots, and grant army bonuses before the next chapter begins. The experience is single‑player only and runs on Windows.

Turn‑Based Battle Flow
Combat alternates between ally and enemy phases. During the ally phase the player moves each robot and selects attacks; after all actions are resolved the enemy phase begins, allowing foes to act in turn.
A chapter’s combat ends when every enemy unit has been defeated. Victory then triggers the Intermission, moving the player from the battle map to a resource‑management screen.
- Map robot positions before attacking to cover multiple enemy approaches.
- Observe enemy turn order to anticipate which units will act next.

Intermission Phase
After combat, the Intermission screen appears, offering the resources earned in battle. Players may allocate these points to pilot training, robot upgrades, or army‑wide bonuses.
All upgrades are applied before the player proceeds to the next story chapter, allowing the team to become stronger for upcoming challenges.
- Balance pilot training with robot upgrades to keep both offense and defense improving.
- Prioritize upgrades that match the enemies you expect in the next chapter.
