Super Mega Baseball 3 expands the series with the deepest on‑field simulation yet, adding pickoff, stealing, wild‑pitch, passed‑ball and designated‑hitter mechanics. The game also upgrades graphics and introduces 14 ballparks with day, night and alternate lighting.

Franchise Mode
Franchise mode lets you manage a team over several seasons, handling player development, aging, retirement and free‑agent signings. You may play or simulate any game against CPU or human opponents using 1vCPU, 2vCPU, local or online configurations.
The mode incorporates the new pickoff, stealing, wild‑pitch and designated‑hitter mechanics, so each decision on the field can affect long‑term roster strategy. Situational player traits can influence on-field performance and, in turn, roster decisions.

Online Leagues
Online Leagues is a newly added cross‑platform mode that lets you organize a league with friends. It is limited to 1v1 matches and operates online only, using the game's networking features.
League creation uses the same customization suite found elsewhere, allowing you to set season length, team names, uniforms, logos and player attributes before each match. Matches use the game's sophisticated baseball simulation.

Pennant Race
Pennant Race is a cross‑platform online competition where players aim to win pennants and climb divisions. The mode is controller‑only and supports 1v1 online matches exclusively.

Customization Suite

Ballpark Lighting
Super Mega Baseball 3 features 14 richly detailed ballparks, each offering day, night and alternate lighting conditions. They are among the new content additions alongside the revamped UI and audio updates.
