About Stitchlings
Stitchlings is a single‑player and couch co‑op action title where defeated monsters become parts you can stitch onto your Stitchling. The stitching system lets you alter attacks or movement while you also collect cosmetics that grant stat bonuses.
All action takes place in the Workshop, a miniature yet grand patchwork world filled with fabric foes and bosses. Play locally with a friend on the same screen or via Steam Remote Play Together.
01 / THE GUIDE
Stitching Parts
When an enemy falls, it drops a part that can be stitched onto your Stitchling. Stitching parts lets you customize your combat style, giving a direct way to adjust how you play as new challenges appear.
Stitching different dropped parts lets you try different configurations throughout a playthrough. This flexibility encourages experimentation without a fixed progression path.
- Swap parts after a tough encounter to see how the new setup feels.
- Keep a quick note of which parts boost reach versus speed for later reference.

Trinket Swaps
Enemies also drop up to five unique trinkets. You can exchange any of these trinkets at any moment, providing a fast method to shift playstyle without altering stitched parts.
Each trinket offers a distinct effect, so mixing them creates varied tactical options. The game invites you to test different trinket sets to match each boss or area.
- Pair a defensive trinket with an aggressive one for balanced combat.
- Observe which trinket combos make fabric foes easier to defeat.

Cosmetic Customization
There are five collectible cosmetic items to find. Collecting them lets you change your Stitchling’s appearance while also granting a stat bonus.
Because each cosmetic carries its own bonus, visual choices have a functional impact. This design blends aesthetic expression with gameplay benefit.
- Prioritize cosmetics that boost the stats you need for upcoming bosses.
- Mix visual themes with stat bonuses to keep the look fresh and effective.

Couch Co‑op
Stitchlings supports same‑screen co‑op for two players. Friends share a single display and each control a Stitchling, using the same stitching and combat systems together.
The game works with two controllers, keyboard/controller combos, and Steam Remote Play Together, offering flexibility for local or streamed multiplayer sessions.
- Coordinate trinket choices with your partner to cover each other's weaknesses.
- Use Remote Play Together when you cannot sit side‑by‑side.

Platform Support
Stitchlings is available on Windows and macOS. The listing includes full controller support and compatibility for two controllers, as well as mixed keyboard/controller setups.
Steam Remote Play Together and Family Sharing are also listed, allowing you to invite friends or share the game across accounts without separate purchases.
- Test both controller and keyboard setups to see which feels more comfortable.
- If a friend uses a different OS, Remote Play Together lets you play together.
