About Score the Fear

Score the Fear is a 3D adventure where you explore rooms to locate a mischievous ghost named Yu‑kun. Each time you find him, you rate his scare on a three‑star scale, ending the day’s session.

The game spans three days, with Yu‑kun’s abilities improving after each rating. Your cumulative scores shape one of six possible endings, and a special SP version unlocks after collecting all endings.

01 / THE GUIDE

Three‑Day Structure

Each day you search rooms until Yu‑kun appears five times. After the fifth encounter you assign a rating from one to three stars, which concludes that day. The second day repeats the process with slightly stronger scares, and the third day’s outcome depends on the first two days’ scores.

The entire experience lasts about 60 minutes total, with a single playthrough taking 5‑15 minutes. This pacing creates a short, repeatable loop that encourages multiple playthroughs to see all endings.

  • Observe how Yu‑kun’s scare patterns change from day one to day two before rating.
  • Take note of your star totals; they directly influence the final ending.

02 / THE GUIDE

Multiple Endings

Score the Fear offers six distinct endings plus additional content unlocked after collecting all endings. Your combined star ratings across the three days determine which conclusion you receive.

The special SP version becomes available only after you have gathered every ending, adding extra material beyond the standard six outcomes.

  • Aim for varied star totals across days to explore different endings.
  • Record your scores after each day to track which endings remain unseen.

Developer and Voice Credits

AquaEternity developed Score the Fear. Voice work was provided by Amitaro’s Voice Material Workshop, contributing the ghost’s vocal expressions.
