About Rising World
Rising World delivers an open‑world sandbox built from voxels, where each new map is generated randomly and can be reshaped at any time. Players begin with basic tools, gather resources, and can survive, build cities, castles, or any structure their imagination suggests.
The title supports both solo and multiplayer experiences, offering online, LAN, and cross‑platform sessions. Seasons, a day‑night cycle, tameable animals, mounts, and drivable boats add depth, while a powerful modding API lets the community expand the game.
01 / THE GUIDE
Randomly Generated Voxel Worlds
Every playthrough creates a unique voxel landscape that includes varied biomes and an extensive underground cave network. The randomness ensures that no two worlds share the same terrain layout, encouraging fresh exploration each time.
Because the environment is built from voxels, each block can be altered, removed, or placed, allowing players to dig, reshape hills, or completely redesign the terrain according to their plans.
- Survey each biome early to locate abundant resources before committing to large builds.
- Use natural cave passages as shortcuts for underground travel and resource gathering.

Extremely Powerful Building Tools
Rising World provides a suite of building tools that let you place, move, and delete blocks with precision across any part of the world, from ground level to towering structures.
The tools also support uploading images from your hard drive, which can be embedded directly into the world, enabling custom visual elements to be incorporated into builds.
- Test image uploads on a small structure before applying them to larger projects.
- Start with simple shapes to become comfortable with block placement and removal.

Single‑ and Multi‑player Modes
The game includes both single‑player and multiple multiplayer configurations, such as online co‑op, PvP, LAN co‑op, and cross‑platform multiplayer, allowing friends on different operating systems to join the same world.
The same core sandbox experience—world physics and building capabilities—is available whether you play alone or with others.
- Coordinate resource gathering with teammates to speed up large construction projects.
- Create a separate world for PvP testing to keep collaborative builds unaffected.

Seasons, Animals, and Mounts
A day‑night cycle and changing seasons affect lighting and environmental conditions, while various animals can be fed, tamed, and used as mounts for faster travel across the landscape.
Boats are also drivable, providing a means to navigate water bodies and reach islands that would otherwise be difficult to access.
- Tame a mount early to reduce travel time between distant biomes.
- Use boats to explore coastal areas and islands that lack land routes.

Powerful Modding and Plugin API
Rising World includes an open API that enables creators to add new content, mechanics, or visual changes, with mods that can be shared and installed by the community.
The API allows plugins to customize the base experience, extending the game with new content, mechanics, or visual changes.
- Browse community‑published mods for quality‑of‑life improvements before starting a new project.
- Create a small test plugin to learn how the API hooks into game events.
