About RIDE 5
RIDE 5 puts you on the seat of more than 200 licensed motorcycles and lets you race across over 35 tracks on Windows. The game blends a career ladder that starts in a personal garage, an endurance mode that lets you pause and resume, dynamic weather that shifts between dry and wet conditions, and a Race Creator that lets you assemble custom races or championships. Multiplayer includes online PvP and local split‑screen, while full controller support, Steam achievements, cloud saves and family sharing round out the package. These elements together provide a varied motorcycle‑racing experience that emphasizes both skill and strategy.
01 / THE GUIDE
Career Mode
You begin in a personal garage and climb a rank‑based ladder, racing against rivals that become progressively more skilled. Each win unlocks new motorcycles and opens further challenges, encouraging you to master different bike types.
The mode rewards perseverance; harder challenges grant greater rewards, and the progression system pushes you to adapt to new tracks, weather and bike handling as you aim to become the top world racer.
- Focus on one bike at a time to learn its handling before switching to a new model.
- Target challenges that offer higher rewards once you feel confident with the current difficulty.
02 / THE GUIDE
Endurance Mode
Endurance races let you pause, save, exit and later resume, removing a strict time limit. Managing fuel and planning pit‑stops become central to staying competitive over long distances.
Success hinges on balancing speed with resource management; the mode rewards strategic thinking as much as raw pace, making perseverance a key factor.
- Map out pit‑stop windows early to minimise time lost.
- Keep a constant eye on the fuel gauge to avoid unexpected stops.

Dynamic Weather & Physics
Weather can shift from clear skies to heavy downpours and back again, altering track conditions and visual scenery as you race. These changes affect bike handling and require you to adapt on the fly.
Improved physics aim to make wet and dry surfaces feel distinct, so the same line may behave differently depending on the current weather, adding a realistic layer to each race.
- Reduce braking distance when the track becomes wet.
- Use riding aids if you need extra support during sudden weather changes.

Race Creator
The Race Creator lets you assemble single races or full championships, selecting bikes, tracks and custom rule sets. As the Race Director you define the conditions that all participants will face.
Created scenarios can be saved and re‑used, extending the game’s replayability beyond the built‑in content and allowing you to showcase personal design ideas.
- Begin with a single‑race setup to test rule configurations before expanding to a championship.
- Mix track types within a custom series to keep the challenge varied.

Multiplayer & Split‑Screen
RIDE 5 supports online PvP, letting you race against other players over the internet. You can join matches directly from the game’s menu and compete in real time.
Local split‑screen is also available, enabling two players to compete on the same PC in real time, which is useful for quick practice or head‑to‑head challenges.
- Use split‑screen for short practice sessions before entering online races.
- Communicate with teammates in online events to manage traffic and avoid collisions.
