About Richman 11
Richman 11 is a casual‑strategy board game where dice rolls determine movement across tiled maps. Players earn money by buying properties, investing in stocks, and using cards, and the player with the most finances at the end wins.
The title supports both online and offline play, full controller support, and offers classic maps as well as newer “brawl” maps that introduce mines, missiles and attack cards for a more confrontational style.
01 / THE GUIDE
Free Play Mode
Free Play follows the series’ classic formula: every participant begins with the same cash, deposit amount and starting cards. Before the match starts, players can freely set parameters such as price‑increase days, total play time, player count and group play options.
Because all settings are user‑defined, each session can be shaped to be a quick casual round or a longer strategic contest, while the core dice‑movement and property‑investment mechanics remain unchanged.
- Experiment with longer play times to see how property upgrades affect late‑game income.
- Adjust the price‑increase schedule to create a slower or faster inflation curve.

Challenge Play Mode
Challenge Play pits participants against landlord‑driven scenarios. Each landlord offers three difficulty levels—easy, normal and hard—so players must succeed with limited cash, talent and property assets.
Completing a landlord challenge grants a special achievement, encouraging players to experiment with financial tools while coping with tighter starting conditions.
- Start with easy difficulty to learn landlord patterns before tackling harder levels.
- Prioritise high‑yield cards early to offset reduced starting cash.

Classic Maps
Classic maps retain the franchise’s original tile layout, linking small and large properties, banks, lotto, shops, news and magic houses. Investing in small properties is the primary way to generate profit.
Players also watch NPC movements such as gods, and can use large properties, cards, banks and magic houses to boost income or disrupt opponents.
- Invest in small properties early to build a steady rent base before expanding.
- Keep an eye on the movements of NPC gods during the match.

Brawl Maps
Brawl maps, introduced in Richman 10, replace ordinary property tiles with mines, missiles and bombs. Attack cards can damage opponents’ finances, making offensive play a core win condition.
These maps feature more complex routes, allowing players to place mines at corners or fire missiles along the road to hinder rivals.
- Place mines on high‑traffic corners to maximise opponent encounters.
- Balance offensive cards with income‑generating properties to avoid cash shortages.

Property Investing
Players can buy empty land, then build houses or chain stores to collect rent from pieces that pass by. Upgrading buildings raises the rental payout, and in group play teammates can jointly level up a property.
A robust property portfolio provides steady cash flow, which can be combined with bank deposit interest or card effects for additional financial strength.
- Prioritise upgrades on high‑traffic zones for maximum rent.
- Coordinate upgrades with teammates in co‑op games to share rental income.
