About Revita
Revita is a fast‑paced twin‑stick roguelite platformer where a nameless child climbs a mysterious clock tower. Each run consists of procedurally generated encounter rooms and boss battles, and the player may trade health for extra firepower, creating a glass‑cannon style of play.
Between tower ascents the journey continues through an underground subway line populated by monsters and colourful masked characters. The game supplies a range of visual and control options—time‑slow, enemy outlines, aim‑assist levels—so players can adjust the experience without altering core mechanics.
01 / THE GUIDE
Twin‑Stick Combat
Combat revolves around twin‑stick shooting, dashing, and wall sliding, forming the core loop of every encounter. Power‑ups and items appear in each run, letting you expand your arsenal as you progress through the tower’s rooms.
Health can be exchanged for offensive power, encouraging a high‑risk, high‑reward approach. Balancing attack and defence becomes essential to survive the varied procedural rooms and the occasional boss fight.
- Experiment with early‑run power‑up combos to see how they affect damage output.
- Observe enemy movement at the start of a room before deciding whether to trade health for extra firepower.

Procedural Encounter Rooms
Each floor of the clock tower is assembled from rooms generated on the fly, delivering an almost infinite variety of combat scenarios. Because layouts differ each run, adaptability outweighs memorisation.
Boss fights punctuate clusters of rooms, testing the balance you built during earlier encounters and often requiring careful use of health‑for‑power trades to survive.
- Treat every room as a fresh puzzle; adjust your movement and aim settings before entering.
- Use the time‑slow option sparingly when enemy density becomes overwhelming.

Customisation Options
Revita provides an extensive set of options that let you tailor the experience. You may slow down time, assign an outline colour to enemies, or select a level of aim assist that matches your comfort.
These settings are intended to accommodate a range of playstyles, from precise shooters to more relaxed gamers, while keeping the core twin‑stick combat unchanged.
- Choose an enemy outline colour that contrasts clearly with the background for easier tracking.
- Adjust aim assist gradually to locate a comfortable balance for your chosen control method.

Underground Subway Exploration
Between tower climbs you travel an underground subway line infested with monsters. Elevators move you from station to station, each leading higher toward the clock tower.
The subway hosts colourful characters who can aid your journey, adding narrative depth to the otherwise combat‑focused loops.
- Observe each station’s layout; recurring visual cues often indicate elevator locations.
- Take note of monster hotspots in the subway to plan safer routes on future runs.
