The game emphasizes a score‑driven system: weapons level up as points accumulate, hidden score items reward precise play, and five difficulty levels cater to newcomers and veterans. Classic and modern viewing modes, full controller and keyboard support, and online leaderboards round out the experience.

Story
The narrative begins on July 14, 2520 AD when a stone‑like object releases light that destroys humanity. Four crew members and a robonoid escape aboard the TETRA into orbit, establishing the setting for the game’s conflict.
One year later, depleted supplies compel the TETRA to re‑enter the atmosphere. The ensuing battle for survival frames each stage, giving context to the relentless enemy waves and the twenty‑three bosses encountered.
