About Party Hard
Party Hard puts you in the role of a tired neighbor who decides to silence noisy parties with a knife and the surrounding environment. The game mixes dark humor with tactical stealth as you eliminate partygoers across semi‑procedurally generated American locations.
The game features local split‑screen co‑op and five distinct characters, and Twitch integration that lets viewers trigger random events such as bears or Sharknados. Full controller support and Remote Play features let friends share the chaos on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Story and Setting
The narrative follows a series of murders at parties throughout the USA, presented with a not‑serious tone. Each of the 19 unique levels receives random variations, so layouts differ between runs.
Developers Pinokl Games and Kverta created the prototype during a game jam, then expanded it with TinyBuild’s backing into the full Steam release.
- Observe how level layouts shift; new furniture can open alternative kill routes.
- Notice recurring party themes to guess where guests tend to gather.

Gameplay Mechanics
Stealth is central: the main goal is to avoid detection while silently picking off unsuspecting victims. Dancing and blending in are described as key tactics for staying unnoticed.
Players can set traps, cause explosions, or use ninja moves, and special random events—such as a bear entering the scene—can alter the flow of a level.
- Place environmental traps before a silent takedown to limit escape routes.
- Watch for random events; they may create new opportunities or new threats.

Playable Characters
Five characters are listed: a sleep‑deprived man, a fast ninja with a smoke bomb, a cop who can carry bodies without suspicion, a girl who can knock people out, and a butcher wielding a chainsaw.
Each character provides a distinct approach, allowing players to experiment with different tactics in solo or co‑op sessions.
- Try the ninja when you need quick entry into crowded rooms.
- Use the cop’s ability to move bodies discreetly for smoother clean‑ups.

Local Co‑op Multiplayer
Party Hard includes local co‑op with split‑screen, letting players share the screen and coordinate kills together. The mode supports shared screen and full controller input.
Co‑op lets players tackle parties together, so you can observe how different approaches interact with the same environment.
- Communicate positioning to avoid overlapping kill zones.
- Assign characters whose tools complement the current level layout.

Twitch Integration
The game supports live streaming on Twitch, allowing viewers to influence gameplay. Audiences can invite more guests, call in special forces, or unleash chaotic events like Sharknados.
These viewer‑driven actions add unpredictability, making each stream a unique experience that encourages community participation.
- Engage viewers early to maximize the variety of chaos they can trigger.
- Monitor incoming commands and adapt your strategy on the fly.
