About Particul
Particul is a casual indie simulation where you tap the screen to mine particles that fall to the bottom. As you collect particles you unlock rarer types and can sell them for profit. The game expands with extractors that automate mining, lab upgrades that boost performance, and traders that handle sales for you. A marketplace lets you exchange resources, gamble for better rates, and aim to discover the rarest particle to finish the game.
01 / THE GUIDE
Mining Particles
You mine by clicking on the screen; each click generates particles that descend to the bottom of the display. The more you mine, the more rare particles become available. Unlocking rarer particles adds variety and increases potential profit when sold. The core loop revolves around continuous tapping and watching the particle cascade. Mining is entirely mouse‑only and does not require timed input, allowing you to play at any pace. Progress is saved anytime, so you can pause and resume without losing collected particles.
- Try tapping in steady bursts to keep the particle flow constant.
- Observe which particles appear most often; they are usually the most profitable early on.

Selling and Traders
Collected particles can be sold for profit, which raises your balance and removes the sold particles from the screen. Hiring traders lets you automate the selling process, and you can choose which items they sell and upgrade them. This reduces the need for manual selling and speeds up income generation. Traders act as an optional layer of automation, letting you focus on mining or other activities while they handle the market side. Upgrading traders improves their efficiency, though the base function is simply to sell particles on your behalf.
- Experiment with different trader upgrade paths to see which yields the highest profit per second.
- Balance manual selling with trader automation to keep cash flow steady.

Extractors Automation
Extractors are purchasable devices that automate particle mining. They start slow, but upgrades make them faster and more powerful. By investing in extractors you can generate particles without constant clicking, shifting the gameplay toward management. Upgrading extractors is a key progression step; each upgrade improves speed or power, allowing you to accumulate particles more efficiently. This mechanic complements manual mining and can eventually become your primary source of particles.
- Prioritize speed upgrades early to boost particle generation quickly.
- Pair extractor upgrades with lab upgrades as you progress.

Lab Upgrades
Resources earned from selling particles can be spent in the lab to purchase upgrades. The upgrade tree expands as you progress, and unlocking the whole tree leads toward the end‑game. Lab upgrades can be purchased with resources as you progress. The lab serves as the central hub for improvement; each upgrade provides a tangible benefit, with the exact benefits of each upgrade shown in the lab. Completing the upgrade tree is necessary to reach the final objective of discovering the rarest particle.
- Plan your upgrade path to address the weakest part of your current setup.
- Keep an eye on the cost‑benefit of each lab upgrade before spending.

Marketplace & Gambling
The marketplace lets you exchange abundant resources for those you need, providing a flexible way to balance your inventory. Gambling is available to improve chances, prices, and marketplace rates, allowing you to turn chaos into advantage. Using the marketplace and gambling strategically can accelerate progress, especially when you lack specific particles. The system encourages experimentation with trade ratios and risk‑taking to optimize your resource flow toward the final rare particle.
- Test small gambles first to gauge how rates affect your balance.
- Use the marketplace to convert excess common particles into rarer ones before upgrading.
