About Parking World: Build & Manage
Parking World: Build & Manage puts you in charge of designing and operating parking garages. You can start with temporary foundations and barrier tape and expand to multistory car parks, controlling every structural element and service offered.
The sandbox economy simulation features a dynamic weather and time system, advanced NPC and vehicle behaviors, a social rating, water and electricity management, challenging events, freeplay mode, narrative scenarios, and a photo mode.
01 / THE GUIDE
Building Editor
The game includes a complex building editor that lets you place foundations, barriers, decorations, vending machines, and utilities wherever you choose. This tool lets you begin with a modest lot and gradually expand toward larger structures.
Every placed element influences the layout’s capacity and the flow of vehicles. Utilities such as water and electricity are part of the management systems, while decorative items affect the visual appeal that contributes to the social rating.
- Lay out primary traffic routes before adding decorative items.
- Test a small expansion first to see its effect on staff workload.
02 / THE GUIDE
Staff Management
You can hire workers to perform chores such as cleaning and other chores. Staff keep the lot functional and help maintain the social rating.
Staff costs must be weighed against income, since excessive spending reduces profit. Adjust staff numbers as the garage grows to keep operations smooth.
- Watch peak‑hour traffic to decide when extra staff are needed.
- Compare staff costs with revenue to avoid excessive wage spending.

Dynamic Events
The simulation features challenging events such as weather changes and other dynamic conditions. These events require you to adapt pricing, staffing, or layout to keep service levels stable.
Keeping a reserve of staff and flexible pricing helps you absorb shocks. Managing threats and keeping the lot clean are part of maintaining a good reputation.
- Watch for weather changes before major events.
- Consider modest price adjustments when conditions change.

Narrative Scenarios
Beyond freeplay, the game offers various narrative scenarios where you assist four distinct quest‑givers with unique parking challenges, from festival lawns to grand store openings.
Completing these scenarios builds trust with city clients and advances your reputation, ultimately leading to the title of “king of Parking World.” Each scenario provides specific goals within the sandbox.
- Read each quest‑giver’s requirements before expanding the lot.
- Focus on scenario‑specific objectives rather than generic profit.

04 / THE GUIDE
Social Rating System
Visitor satisfaction is tracked through a social rating that influences how many customers choose your garage. Cleanliness, fair pricing, and decorative touches all feed into this metric.
Being overly greedy with prices can lower the rating, while balanced pricing and pleasant aesthetics encourage higher visitor numbers and better income.
