About Old Market Simulator
Old Market Simulator lets you create and expand a personal market by farming, raising animals, fishing, and crafting goods. Seasonal and surprise events appear throughout the year, altering customer tastes and price levels.
You can start on a tropical island, an eastern‑styled East Town, or in Roman Town’s Adventure Mode. The game supports solo play, online co‑op, and cross‑platform multiplayer with full controller compatibility.
01 / THE GUIDE
Farming
Purchase seeds or saplings, plant them, and tend the crops until they are ready to sell. Expanding the farm or adding a greenhouse lets you produce items for every season, keeping your market supplied year‑round.
Seasonal events such as Halloween shift customer demand, so timing harvests to match upcoming holidays can affect sales volume and price fluctuations.
- Check the event calendar and plant crops that align with upcoming holidays.
- Add greenhouse space early to avoid seasonal gaps in stock.

Workshop
The workshop lets you cut meat, bake items, or ferment drinks using the drink machine. Each tool includes starter recipes that guide you through the first creations.
Crafted products can be sold at higher prices than raw ingredients, and the variety of recipes helps you adapt to changing seasonal preferences.
- Follow the starter recipes to learn each tool’s basic output.
- Create seasonal beverages when events boost food‑related sales.

03 / THE GUIDE
Livestock
Buy cows, goats, and chickens and keep them in a barn. Daily feeding produces milk, eggs, and other animal goods that can be sold directly or used in workshop recipes.
Managing feed costs and animal health is essential; consistent care yields a reliable income stream and raw materials for higher‑margin crafted items.
- Feed animals each day to avoid production interruptions.
- Combine animal products with workshop recipes for added profit.
04 / THE GUIDE
Fishing & Sailing
Obtain a boat, paddle, and fishing rod to catch regular and special fish, then sell the catch at your market. While sailing you may also discover sunken treasures.
Special fish and treasure items often command higher prices, especially during events that favor seafood or rare goods.
- Explore different water zones to locate rare fish.
- Watch event schedules for periods when seafood prices rise.
05 / THE GUIDE
Employees
Hire staff to assist with checkout, cleaning, and restocking, which speeds up store operations. Employees must be paid for their work, so wages affect overall profit.
Balancing the number of hires with sales revenue is important; too many workers can cut margins, while too few may slow service and reduce earnings.
- Start with one employee and add more as sales increase.
- Track daily wage expenses against revenue to keep profit healthy.
