About OHV
OHV drops you into 1990s Poland, a world of potholed roads, a 15 % unemployment rate, and a soundtrack of Euro‑dance music. You play a country boy who spends evenings in a garage, juggling vehicle work, side quests, and everyday chores.
The game mixes indie racing, simulation, and early‑access freedom. You can buy and restore an OHV, paint and tune it, join the Automobilklub to build a garage, craft a buggy from welded pipe, deliver coal in a SMAR truck, and train in a basement gym while snacking on sausage and oscypki.

Vehicle Customisation
You can purchase an OHV car, then remove rust and dirt before painting and tuning it. This sequence lets you change the vehicle’s appearance and adjust its performance.
The daily vehicle "Odra" can also be painted, giving you a way to keep a consistent visual style across multiple cars.
- Try different paint colors to see which visual style you prefer.
- Compare the look of a rust‑free OHV with its original state.

Automobilklub Garage
Joining the Automobilklub unlocks a side‑quest chain that leads to building your own garage. Completing the chain rewards you with the special "Kredens" car.
The garage is your own buildable space, obtained through the Automobilklub side-quest chain.
- Follow the side‑quest steps in order to ensure you receive the Kredens car.
- Use the garage space to keep restored parts organized.

Buggy Construction
The game lets you cut and weld pipes into any shape you want, enabling you to build a custom buggy for races. This sandbox approach encourages creative engineering.
Once built, the buggy can be entered into races, letting you test how your pipe designs perform against other competitors.
- Start with simple pipe layouts before attempting more complex shapes.
- Observe how different configurations affect handling during a race.

Coal Delivery with SMAR Truck
You can deliver coal using a SMAR truck. This activity adds a simulation element separate from vehicle racing.
You can also paint your daily vehicle "Odra", giving it a personalized look while you handle the coal deliveries.
- Plan routes that avoid the most potholed sections for smoother travel.
- Consider painting the Odra before starting deliveries for a consistent appearance.

Gym, Weight Lifting, and Food
A basement gym allows you to build muscle and take part in a weight‑lifting contest. The game lists this as a distinct activity.
While training, you can eat sausage and "oscypki", providing a cultural flavor to the gym experience.
- Track your progress across multiple weight‑lifting contests.
- Try eating different foods between sessions to note any personal preference.
