About Ninja Village

Ninja Village lets you rewrite feudal Japan by leading a ninja clan amid the shogun’s collapse. You must rally villagers, produce goods, and train ninjas for modern 16th‑century warfare, including matchlock guns. By defeating rival warlords and selling crafts to travelers, you expand your settlement and eventually join the shogun’s forces to unify the nation.

01 / THE GUIDE

Game Flow

Earn money by having villagers craft food, handicrafts, and other goods that travelers purchase. Money then funds expansion, training, and equipment upgrades.

Defeat warlords or use items to claim new territory, which adds more villagers and resources to your village.

  • Focus on early production to build a steady income before engaging warlords.
  • Balance item use with combat to avoid depleting funds.

02 / THE GUIDE

Economy and Shops

Workshops turn raw materials into sellable goods, and nearby shops handle the sales. Proximity between workshop and material source improves efficiency.

Travelers bring additional income when you sell food from fields or goods from shops, especially after warlord victories.

  • Place workshops close to material sources for higher output.
  • Upgrade shops after securing new resources to maximize profit.

03 / THE GUIDE

Villager Recruitment

Local lords join your village when you defeat them in battle. Their defeat also reveals other potential villagers who may join for the right price.

As you expand, more villagers become available, increasing your workforce for production and combat.

  • Prioritize defeating lords with larger followings for bigger recruitment gains.
  • Consider the cost of hiring new villagers versus training existing ones.

04 / THE GUIDE

Training and Levels

Spending money on training raises villager levels, making battles easier and unlocking new skills for some ninjas.

Higher‑level villagers contribute more efficiently to both production and combat tasks.

  • Invest in training after securing a stable income to avoid financial strain.
  • Focus on skill‑unlocking training for ninjas you plan to use in key battles.

05 / THE GUIDE

Combat and Unification

Villagers eventually join the shogun’s forces, fighting regional warlords to help unify Japan under the shogunate.

Battles incorporate modern 16th‑century weapons like matchlock guns, adding a tactical layer to ninja warfare.

  • Equip ninjas with matchlock guns before major confrontations.
  • Use newly recruited villagers to reinforce weakened units during prolonged wars.
