About Naheulbeuk's Dungeon Master
In Naheulbeuk's Dungeon Master you become Reivax, the steward of Zangdar’s dungeon. Your first task is to build and decorate rooms with objects and furniture, attracting patrons and employees while keeping the evil sorcerer satisfied.
The game mixes casual simulation with strategic planning: expand your dungeon levels, raise reputation, manage diverse minion species, produce resources, and defend against adventurers or launch raids on rival dungeons.
01 / THE GUIDE
Dungeon Building
Construction begins with empty rooms that you fill with objects and furniture. Each addition draws new patrons and employees, creating a feedback loop where a busier dungeon can support further expansion.
As your reputation climbs, additional dungeon levels become available. New levels provide fresh space for more rooms, decorative items, and defensive structures, letting you diversify the layout of your stronghold.
- Try different furniture groupings to see which attract the most patrons.
- Reserve some space on new levels for future trap placement.
02 / THE GUIDE
Reputation Management
Reputation rises when you successfully attract patrons, run a tavern, and display treasures. Higher reputation signals a more devious dungeon, unlocking new gameplay options and drawing additional customers.
Increasing reputation also makes adventurer attacks more frequent, forcing you to balance growth with defensive preparation as you climb the hierarchy of evil dungeons.
- Focus on visible upgrades that improve patron experience.
- Watch reputation spikes before launching raids to avoid overextension.

03 / THE GUIDE
Minion Hiring
The dungeon staff consists of various species, each offering distinct perks and skills. Hiring minions lets you assign them to work, defend, raid, or serve Zangdar, expanding your operational capacity.
You can upgrade hired personnel to improve their workflow and satisfaction, while also handling strikes or insubordination according to your preferred approach.
- Match each species' perk to the task you need most.
- Address strikes promptly to keep productivity steady.
04 / THE GUIDE
Trap and Defense
When adventurers attempt raids, you can build treacherous traps and artifices to catch them and protect valuable treasures. Trap placement becomes a core defensive strategy as reputation grows.
Offense is also encouraged: sending minions on raids against neighboring dungeons can weaken competitors before they strike back, adding a proactive layer to your defense.
- Layer multiple trap types in high‑traffic corridors.
- Schedule raids when neighboring dungeons appear less active.
05 / THE GUIDE
Resource Production
A steady flow of tools, weapons, compost, intel, astral energy, and other items fuels expansion. Production lines generate these resources, which you can stock or sell for strategic advantage.
The Crac 40 is highlighted as a key item for prosperity, and unlocking the market grants access to new artifacts and items that broaden your economic options.
- Balance production output with available storage.
- Consider market unlocks after establishing a reliable resource base.
