Shoto Todoroki & Flashfire Fist
Shoto Todoroki joins the roster with the Half‑Cold Half‑Hot Quirk, allowing ice to be emitted from his right side and flames from his left. His Flashfire Fist: Phosphor ability raises the level of all Quirk Skills by one.
