About Mist Legacy
Mist Legacy drops players into the top‑down world of Myriaden, presenting a pure RPG without jumping or climbing. Characters have no preset classes; growth follows the skills you actually use, and crafting does not rely on fixed blueprints.
Exploration is gated by skill thresholds that apply to terrain, flora, weather and even your home base, the Domain. Combat is turn‑based and can be played solo or with other players, mixing five combat specializations in many combinations.
01 / THE GUIDE
Skill‑Distribution System
The game converts the properties of each crafting material into items that carry skills, allowing you to craft without predefined blueprints. As you use those items, the associated skills become part of your character’s repertoire, shaping personal progression.
Every region—forests, mountains, rivers, cities—has its own skill requirements. To enter a new area you must develop the specific abilities that meet those thresholds, extending the system to plants, trees and weather as well.
- Identify which materials grant the skills needed for locked regions and prioritize crafting them.
- Keep a short list of unmet skill thresholds to guide your next crafting experiments.
02 / THE GUIDE
Domain Home Base
Your Domain functions as a hub for crafting, material storage, and guest hosting. The strength of each building within the Domain is directly tied to the skills you possess, mirroring the skill‑gated design of the wider world.
Your skills dictate the strength of every building in your Domain, so improving relevant skills strengthens those buildings. The Domain therefore reflects your overall skill development both inside and outside its walls.
- Track which building strengths limit your current crafting recipes and target the related skills.
- When you acquire new guests, remember that your skills shape the strength of the buildings hosting them.

Turn‑Based Multiplayer Combat
Combat combines turn‑based mechanics with multiplayer options, letting you fight alongside recruited companions or other players. Five combat specializations can be mixed, producing many possible fighting styles that you can adapt to each opponent.
For especially tough encounters you may form a team with other players, creating a larger combat unit that leverages the mixed specializations for greater effectiveness against fierce creatures.
- Test a few specialization mixes in low‑risk battles to see how they affect damage and survivability.
- When joining a player‑run team, discuss each member’s specialization to cover a range of strengths.
