About KasMind
KasMind is a 1v1 competitive action title where victory is earned through taunting, not just landing hits. A successful hit knocks the opponent down, but only a well‑timed taunt can finish the round. Matches consist of 30‑second rounds, best‑of‑three, demanding quick decision‑making about when to strike and when to taunt.
The game offers simple controls—move, attack, and taunt—with deep strategic layers. Players can customize their taunter by selecting eight lines from over a hundred, choose from characters with differing stats, and compete locally, against AI, or online in rooms of up to eight participants.

Core Gameplay
Each match is a rapid 30‑second duel where a hit merely creates an opening. The real win condition is to taunt a downed opponent to seize the victory. Players must decide whether to taunt immediately after a hit or wait to create space, adding a layer of mind‑games.
The control scheme is limited to four buttons: move, attack, and taunt. This simplicity lets newcomers pick up the game quickly while still offering depth through timing and positioning decisions.
- Observe your opponent’s recovery after a hit before committing to a taunt.
- Use the brief pause after a knock‑down to gauge the safest moment to taunt.

Character Customization
Every character has unique stats—movement speed, attack range, attack speed, and taunt recovery time—plus distinct taunt lines. Selecting a character that matches your playstyle can influence how quickly you can close gaps or recover after a taunt.
Players can build a personal taunter by picking eight lines from a pool of over one hundred, creating a signature set that reflects their personality and strategy.
- Try characters with faster taunt recovery if you prefer aggressive play.
- Mix short and long taunt lines to keep opponents guessing.

Game Modes
KasMind offers three primary ways to play: against CPU opponents on three difficulty levels, local multiplayer on a single screen, and online multiplayer connecting with players worldwide. Each mode follows the same 30‑second, best‑of‑three structure.
The room mode expands online play by allowing a host to open a room for up to eight participants, choosing who faces off next—ideal for streamers and organized matches.
- Start on lower CPU difficulty to learn timing before jumping to online play.
- Use room mode to schedule matches with friends for a controlled environment.
