About JIANGHU CHRONICLES
Jianghu Chronicles lets you found a martial clan by selecting a site, allocating a few points, and managing resources that differ by location. Early choices shape the flow of building, disciple training, and weapon crafting throughout the game.
The simulation blends action‑adventure missions where disciples explore, meet characters, and face random events. Success depends on combining internal and external martial arts, crafting suitable weapons, and handling internal or external clan proposals.
01 / THE GUIDE
Setting Up Your Clan
At the start you pick a site for your clan; each site outputs a distinct set of resources. After the site is chosen you can allocate a few points to customize the clan’s early development.
Each site outputs a different set of resources, and allocating a few points lets you customize the clan’s early development before any buildings are built.
- Compare the resource outputs of each site before committing; a balanced start can smooth later building expenses.
- Allocate points toward the function you intend to focus on first, whether it is disciple training or weapon crafting.

Constructing and Upgrading Buildings
The clan construction interface allows you to build, upgrade, or destroy structures. Every building type serves a specific purpose, such as training disciples, crafting weapons, developing martial arts, or preaching knowledge.
Upgrading a building develops its designated function, and each building type serves its own usage, such as training disciples or crafting weapons. Destruction frees space for new structures that better match your current strategy.
- Focus on buildings that align with your immediate goal, like a weapon shop when you need better gear.
- Remember you can also destruct buildings at the construction interface when your strategy changes.

Combining Internal and External Martial Arts
Disciples can practice internal martial arts to gain passive effects and modify internal attributes. Those attributes heavily influence the power and effect of external martial arts.
Each disciple may equip up to two external and four internal arts. Selecting a logical combination that matches internal attribute boosts with external techniques maximizes fighting capacity.
- Choose internal arts that raise the attributes required by your preferred external techniques.
- Keep the internal arts count balanced so each disciple retains key passives without exceeding the four‑art limit.
04 / THE GUIDE
Crafting and Strengthening Weapons
The crafting shop lets you create all kinds of equipment and resources. Every weapon comes with its own set of attributes, and strengthening a weapon adds new attributes or upgrades existing ones.
Matching a weapon’s attributes to a disciple’s martial arts can raise combat effectiveness, while successive strengthening steps add new attributes or upgrade existing ones on the weapon.
- Select weapons whose attributes complement the disciple’s equipped martial arts for synergistic boosts.
- Upgrade a weapon after you have a solid base model to ensure each added attribute is meaningful.
05 / THE GUIDE
Making Internal and External Proposals
Through the clan interface you can submit internal proposals that address affairs inside your own clan, such as resource allocation or building priorities.
External proposals involve other clans and cover actions like trading, alignment, or declaring war. These proposals can affect relationships and may lead to visits from disciples or paladins if you become acquainted outside your clan.
- Use internal proposals to streamline clan management before engaging in external diplomacy.
- Consider the potential impact of war declarations on resource flow and disciple safety.
