About Jacksmith: Weapons and Warriors
Jacksmith: Weapons and Warriors puts you in the role of a donkey blacksmith traveling across seven lands. You forge swords, bows, shields and other gear, then equip six warrior clans to clear monster‑blocked trails. Your crafted weapons directly affect how far the troops can advance, and successful battles reward loot, new cannonball types and Epic Weapon blueprints.
The game features a fully hands‑on forging system—choose ore, select a mold, melt, pour, hone and attach parts—while Scout, your assistant, hints at upcoming monster weaknesses. Updated widescreen support and a color‑coded bookmark system for Epic designs round out the single‑player experience.
01 / THE GUIDE
Hands‑On Forging
The forging workflow requires you to pick an ore, choose a weapon mold, melt and pour the metal, then hone the blade before attaching parts. Only after completing each step does the weapon become battle‑ready for a warrior.
New molds appear as you progress, and parts will indicate whether they are needed for any bookmarked Epic Weapon designs, helping you decide what to use or save.
- Compare ore quality before melting to see which yields stronger weapons.
- Use the color‑coded bookmarks to quickly spot needed parts for Epic designs.

Six Warrior Clans
Six distinct clans travel with you, each specializing in certain weapon types. You decide which crafted weapon each clan receives for the upcoming battle, keeping their weapon specialties in mind.
Equipping stronger weapons lets the troops push farther along the trail, directly linking your crafting quality to battle progress.
- Match clan specialties with the weapon type you enjoy forging.
- Observe which clan advances further after receiving higher‑quality gear.

Battle Wagon & Cannon
After arming the warriors, you ride in a blacksmith battle wagon while they fight. During combat you collect loot from fallen enemies and can fire a cannon that supports the troops.
New cannonball types unlock as you progress, expanding the cannon’s arsenal and giving you additional ways to influence battles.
- Try each unlocked cannonball type to see how it affects enemy groups.
- Collect loot consistently to ensure material flow for future forges.

Epic Weapon Designs
When your troops reach the end of a trail segment, you receive Epic Weapon designs that act as new blueprints for stronger gear. These designs appear in the bookmark system and are color‑coded by weapon type.
Parts required for any Epic design are flagged on metals and molds, allowing you to manage inventory and prioritize material usage.
- Bookmark Epic designs early to track needed parts across multiple forges.
- Gather parts that appear in several Epic blueprints for efficient material use.
