About Inverted Angel
Inverted Angel is a “Kawaii Future Mystery” adventure where a mysterious girl appears at your doorstep, speaking as if she knows you. You must converse with her, shaping the narrative through free‑form input while trying to uncover her true identity.
The game evaluates your deductions via an embedding‑based AI, progressing the story when your input aligns with the intended scenario. Currently released only in Japanese, it runs on Windows and macOS and supports single‑player play with Steam achievements and family sharing.

Story Interaction
The core gameplay revolves around typing responses to the girl’s dialogue. Your imagination directs the first part of the story, and later you must solve the mystery by interpreting clues from her remarks and the apartment owner’s messages.
Progress depends on how closely your input matches prepared scenario patterns; the system judges whether your inference is “mostly” correct before the narrative continues.

AI Mechanics
Inverted Angel uses an embedding AI rather than a generative model. Player text is compared to pre‑written scenario patterns using OpenAI’s Embedding API to determine similarity.
All content was created by the developer; the AI only matches your input to these existing patterns, and the service may change if OpenAI’s terms or availability shift.

Language Availability
The current release of Inverted Angel is available solely in Japanese. No English translation is included at launch, though the developer has announced future English support.
