Game Modes
The title screen offers two modes. Normal mode hides 120 cats in fixed positions and supplies three hints for assistance. Advanced mode hides 200 cats in random positions, includes twelve special cats, and adds twenty city people that grant additional hints when found.
Advanced mode also mentions a single use of a hint for helping, indicating that players have one use of a hint for helping. The random placement and extra hint sources differentiate the difficulty and replay potential between the modes.
- Start with Normal mode to become familiar with cat silhouettes before tackling random placements.
- Reserve Normal‑mode hints for sections where the background is especially busy.

Bonus Levels
Twelve special cats discovered in Advanced mode unlock six bonus levels: Smellie Cat Caffè, Rooftop, Ninja Cats Headquarters, Metro, Museum, and Town's Park. Each level presents a new illustrated scene for further searching.
The kitten counts per bonus level are fixed: 50 kittens for the first three locations, 75 for Metro, and 100 for both Museum and Town's Park. Completing these levels adds to the overall hidden‑object total.
- After unlocking a bonus level, scan the edges first; kittens often hide near borders.
- Compare the kitten counts to estimate how much time each bonus level may require.
