About Heretic + Hexen
Heretic + Hexen bundles the classic 1994‑1995 dark‑fantasy shooters built on a modified DOOM engine. The originals introduced inventory, vertical aiming and three character classes, influencing later first‑person action titles.
The re‑release adds online and split‑screen multiplayer, a toggleable modern soundtrack, expanded language support, a Vault of concept art and two brand‑new campaign episodes, bringing the legacy to new and returning players.

Campaign Content
The collection includes the original episodes Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders, Hexen: Beyond Hericen and Hexen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel, plus two new campaigns: Heretic: Faith Renewed and Hexen: Vestiges of Grandeur, totaling 117 campaign maps.
Each storyline follows a distinct narrative: an elven survivor seeks vengeance in Heretic, while Hexen lets you choose Warrior, Mage or Cleric to battle the Serpent Rider Korax and later the Realm of the Dead.
