About Granvir
Granvir is an action‑focused roguelite where you assemble and pilot a modular mech called a Granvir. Between combat encounters you can replace components, acquire new armaments, and handle finances such as loans or payments for ammunition while advancing toward an extraction point and optional side goals.
The title supports solo play and online cooperation for up to ten pilots, allowing teams to exchange parts and supplies at shared depots. Different zones provide distinct services, so each run varies based on the route you select and the resources you manage.

Mech Customization
Players can assemble a Granvir by selecting from torso, leg, armature, and special module pieces. Each category contributes to overall performance, letting you prioritize mobility, protection, or unique abilities according to your preferred combat approach.
Defeating elite enemy pilots yields exclusive components that expand the pool of parts you may install. These unlocked pieces become available for future builds, increasing the variety of configurations you can experiment with.
- Compare the mobility stats of leg options against the defensive values of torso choices before finalizing a build.
- Keep track of which elite‑pilot parts you have earned to identify new synergies for later runs.

Weaponry
The game offers close‑range armaments such as swords, rocket‑propelled spears, and fortified bunker‑style weapons, alongside ranged options like cannons, automatic guns, flame‑throwing devices, and rocket‑mounted pods. Any combination can be equipped on a single mech.
Weapon choice directly influences how you address enemy formations and encounters, as melee tools excel at short distances while long‑range gear consumes ammunition and provides distance coverage.
- Pair a high‑damage melee weapon with a rapid‑fire gun to maintain pressure at multiple ranges.
- Monitor ammo consumption of ranged weapons to avoid shortages during extended engagements.

Campaign Management
Each playthrough follows a self‑chosen path toward an extraction zone, with optional side objectives that require spending valuable resources. Between fights you may take out loans to purchase ammunition or fund assistance to local factions for added support.
The specific zone you are in determines which services and supplies are accessible, making route planning and time allocation essential for completing the campaign without depleting your stockpile.
- Map out zones that provide the services you need before committing to a route.
- Balance loan usage against long‑term resource availability to prevent cash flow problems.

Co‑op Play
Granvir supports online cooperative sessions for up to ten pilots. Within rest areas a shared depot allows teammates to exchange parts and resources, facilitating coordinated upgrades before the next encounter.
While cooperating, each participant still controls their own mech and manages personal resources, but the shared depot can streamline distribution of rare components across the squad.
- Schedule depot visits together to maximize the efficiency of part distribution.
- Discuss resource priorities early to avoid shortages during high‑intensity battles.
