01 / THE GUIDE
Story and Setting
The narrative frames the world as the “Great Green,” with the Sun as a father and Earth as a mother. As a non‑human dragon you encounter birds, beasts, and ancient spirits while your decisions influence the Bronze Age wilderness.
Three massive open‑world areas host the hand‑painted scenes, and the many choices you make lead to several distinct endings that reflect how you interact with the world’s inhabitants.
- Track major decisions to see how they affect later scenes.
- Notice the different encounters you have with ancient spirits.

Combat System
Combat pits the dragon against more than seventy opponents, alongside dozens of special abilities. Battles determine dominance over rival dragons and other creatures, feeding directly into the story’s progression.
Combat is a central part of the story’s progression, as you must fight other dragons for dominance.
- Observe each opponent’s ability set before engaging.
- Try different attack patterns to discover exploitable phases.

Elemental Paths of Enlightenment
Four elemental paths are available for mastery, each offering a distinct philosophical direction. Selecting a path offers a distinct direction for the dragon’s growth and enlightenment.
Your chosen path is one of the many choices that can shape which of the game’s distinct endings you receive.
- Play a short run focusing on one element to gauge its narrative impact.
- Compare how each path’s direction of enlightenment differs.

Three‑Phase Hunting System
Hunting follows a three‑phase loop: stalk, pursue, and destroy. The stalk phase lets you study prey behavior, the pursue phase initiates the chase, and the destroy phase resolves the encounter.
Successful hunts provide resources that support survival and the broader narrative of dragon growth.
- Use the stalk phase to learn prey patterns before committing.
- Adjust your approach in the pursue phase based on distance.

First‑Person Labyrinth Exploration
Underground labyrinths are presented in first‑person view, each containing a unique story and its own treasures. Exploration rewards you with artifacts and ancient secrets.
These self‑contained labyrinths provide a narrative pause from open‑world travel and combat while deepening the lore of the Great Green.
- Mark each artifact you find to avoid missing later references.
- Note story snippets to see how they connect to the wider world.
