About GNOSIA
Gnosia is a sci‑fi social deduction RPG set on a drifting spaceship where players converse with a cast of distinct characters to expose the hidden Gnosia before the crew votes to place a suspect into cold sleep.
The scenario repeats in “loops”; each loop can trigger special events, unlock new discussion commands, and add roles, gradually expanding the narrative while both the player and crew gain stronger abilities.
01 / THE GUIDE
Loop Structure
Each playthrough is a loop that repeats the same ship situation. Random events may appear, and the story advances as the crew discusses and votes each round.
When a loop ends, the scenario restarts, but any discussion commands and roles unlocked in previous runs remain available, letting players build on earlier discoveries.
- Note which events appear early; they often foreshadow later clues.
- After finishing a loop, review which commands you unlocked for the next run.

Roles and Stats
Players can choose from several roles, each providing a unique set of stats. Stats affect how well you can persuade the group, lie convincingly, or avoid being selected for cold sleep.
Higher persuasion or deception values make it easier to sway opinions, while lower values increase the chance of being voted out during discussions.
- Compare your role’s stats with others before each loop.
- Select a role whose strengths match your preferred discussion style.

Discussion Mechanics
During discussion phases, players exchange information to identify the Gnosia. After talking, a vote is cast to send one suspect into cold sleep, narrowing the pool of possible enemies.
As loops progress, new discussion commands become available, giving players additional ways to argue, accuse, or defend themselves during these debates.
- Use newly unlocked commands to test how others react.
- Pay attention to who consistently supports or opposes you.

Special Events and Notes
Random character‑specific events can occur, each providing a special “Note”. Notes reveal hidden details about crewmates that may help identify deception.
Because each event is unique to its subject, the collection of notes varies between loops, offering fresh clues each time you play.
- Collect every note; even minor details can become decisive.
- Cross‑reference notes from different characters to spot contradictions.

Progression and Unlocks
As you complete more loops, the crew’s abilities improve, raising the difficulty of each deduction round. New roles and discussion commands become accessible through this progression.
Progress is measured by the number of loops finished and the variety of roles and commands unlocked, encouraging players to replay the scenario to experience the full narrative.
- Aim to finish several loops to unlock the full command set.
- Try different role combinations to see how they affect difficulty.
