About Gladio Mori
Gladio Mori is a physics‑driven gladiator combat game where each strike inflicts realistic damage to the exact body part hit. Players can craft attacks, paint fighters, and battle solo AI or up to three opponents online with cross‑play across Steam, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The system replaces health bars with organ‑based damage, bleeding, broken bones and possible dismemberment, making every hit matter.
The title offers a move editor, community‑shared movesets, skins and mods, plus a replay tool that lets you review fights from any angle. With 34 weapons, three shields, 17 armor pieces and unarmed combat, you can tailor both offense and defense before stepping into the arena.
01 / THE GUIDE
Organ‑Based Damage System
Combat forgoes health bars; instead, muscles, arteries and vital organs take damage where struck. Injured muscles weaken strikes, severed arteries cause bleeding, and pierced vitals end the fight instantly. Limbs can be cut off, removing any held items and altering movement.
Armor only protects the body parts it covers, leaving gaps as viable targets. Blunt weapons can crack bones and stagger, while blades cut based on strike angle. Each hit directly changes the fighter’s capabilities.
- Target exposed limbs to reduce opponent strength before aiming for vital organs.
- Use armor to shield critical areas while exploiting gaps in the opponent’s protection.

The community gallery lets you equip movesets made by others or combine individual moves into a personalized fighting style.
- Experiment with timing adjustments to improve move flow.
- Blend community moves with your own to discover new combos.

Paint Your Own Fighter
An in‑game skin editor lets you draw directly onto your character, creating a unique visual identity. PC players can download a skin template for external editing and share finished skins via mod.io.
Shared skins let others recognize your gladiator, even after dismemberment.
- Use high‑contrast colors to make limb loss more visible.
- Export your skin template for detailed work in a preferred image editor.
