Tension Gauge Mechanics
During combat, dealing and receiving damage raises a Tension gauge. The higher the gauge, the more damage you can inflict. When the gauge reaches a certain threshold you can activate Fairize, merging with your fairy for a powerful form.
Fairize is only available once the gauge is sufficiently high, linking damage output directly to how much tension you have built.
- Balance aggressive attacks with taking hits to fill the gauge faster.
- Watch the gauge closely; waiting too long may let enemies recover.

Finding and Leveling Fairies
Fairies can be found throughout the quest and are required to unlock special abilities. Leveling a fairy not only improves its abilities but also expands its effect radius for later world‑shaping actions.
Only fairies grant these abilities, making their recruitment a core part of progression.

- Level multiple fairies to compare how their effect radii differ.

World‑Shaping with Furies
You can pull Furies from the Goddess and Vile God and place your fairies inside them. Stabbing these Furies into the world map creates localized effects such as EXP boosts or enemy changes in nearby dungeons.
Not all effects are beneficial, so placement requires careful consideration.
- Test a Fury’s effect in a low‑risk dungeon before committing it to a major area.
- Keep a backup fairy ready in case an unwanted effect appears.

Included DLC Packs
The download includes two DLC bundles: the Beginner’s Pack (containing a Synthesis Kit, Emergency Pack, and Rare Materials) and the Secrets of Shukesoo’s Tower Pack (eight tower chapters).
Once activated, these packs cannot be disabled without risking instability.
