Mentality System
The Mentality System tracks the personalities and needs of drivers and staff, influencing morale. Favoring one driver may alienate the other, and a poor run of results can leave the whole team disillusioned and demotivated.
Maintaining high morale reduces the risk of rivals poaching your talent, helping your team stay on a steady trajectory toward the podium across seasons.
