01 / THE GUIDE
Core Gameplay Loop
You start in a small hideout, receive smuggled goods, and sell them to individual clients or gangs. Sales generate cash that can be reinvested into the business.
As you earn money you can hire minions, open labs, and buy a mansion, gradually increasing influence and territory while managing police threats.
- Focus early sales on low‑risk clients to build cash reserves.
- Balance hiring staff with upgrading hideouts to avoid overspending.
02 / THE GUIDE
Smuggling Operations
Cartels send shipments that you must retrieve and transport safely to your hideout. Successful smuggling adds inventory for later sales.
Avoid police patrols and DEA ambushes during transport; being caught can halt progress and cost resources.
- Plan routes away from known police hotspots.
- Keep a small stock on hand to mitigate losses if a run fails.

03 / THE GUIDE
Setting Up Drug Labs
Empty hideouts can be converted into laboratories to produce meth, ecstasy, heroin and other substances. Production grants independence from external suppliers.
Training dealers as lab assistants reduces costs but requires a significant upfront investment.
- Upgrade labs gradually to match your cash flow.
- Train assistants only after securing a steady sales network.
04 / THE GUIDE
Territory and Influence
Selling to larger gangs and completing big deals expands your influence and grants control over new districts. Influence is tied to both cash and reputation.
Rival cartels may challenge your control; defeating them secures independence.
- Prioritize wholesale deals to boost influence quickly.
- Maintain good relations with key gang contacts to deter rivals.

Wealth Management and Upgrades
Profits can be spent on expanding the gang, buying equipment, hiring muscle, or purchasing a mansion to display wealth.
Investing wisely unlocks new dangers and dilemmas as you climb the criminal ladder.
- Allocate a portion of earnings to defensive upgrades before expanding territory.
- Use mansion purchases as a visual milestone rather than a necessity.
