About dotAGE
In DotAGE you become the Elder, guiding a fledgling village through a prophetic apocalypse. Each turn you place villagers, called Pips, on tasks such as farming, herding, forging, and burial, while the world’s Domains unleash escalating events that test your preparation.
The game features over 200 buildings, 30 professions, and 70 resources, with new mechanics unlocking as the Elder’s memories return. Multiple difficulty levels let you choose a relaxed pace or a mastery challenge, all presented with cozy graphics and medieval music.

Worker Placement Mechanics
DotAGE centers on deep worker placement inspired by board games. You assign Pips to daily tasks—growing crops, herding animals, forging tools, burying corpses, upgrading buildings, training professionals, and producing resources—each turn.
Placement decisions matter because the Domains will later unleash events. Aligning your workforce with upcoming threats can improve resilience and resource availability when the turn ends.
