About Delta Manager
Delta Manager is a hardcore motorsport management simulation that replaces 3‑D graphics and steering wheels with a real‑time 2D race map, telemetry and high‑stakes decision making. Players run teams across multiple seasons, handling recruitment, development, race strategy and contracts.
The game’s hallmark is its editability: more than 1,000 parameters can be tweaked, and players can create custom championships, tracks, teams, drivers and regulations. Multiplayer options include online co‑op, public lobbies, hot‑seat local play for up to eleven participants and a spectator mode that runs the championship without direct input.

Multiplayer Modes
Online co‑op lets each participant manage a separate team in public lobbies or private invites, competing season after season. The mode pairs human rivals instead of AI, so strategic choices are directly compared with other players’ decisions.
Local hot‑seat multiplayer supports up to eleven players sharing a single screen and pit wall, while spectator mode runs the championship autonomously for observers. These configurations give players several ways to experience the same strategic engine with friends or strangers.
- Start with a public lobby to learn pacing before arranging a private match.
- Use spectator mode to watch successful strategies and adapt your own.

Editor Capabilities
The built‑in editor exposes over 1,000 editable parameters, covering points systems, finances, cost caps, sponsors, team levels, driver attributes, regulations, safety‑car rules, tire and refueling options, and custom track creation. Anything described in the editor can be altered to shape the competitive environment.
A Save Game Editor permits mid‑season changes to budgets, drivers, teams and other elements, while a comprehensive modding guide assists players in crafting personalized championships without imposed limits.
- Tweak a single financial parameter first to see its immediate impact before adjusting larger systems.
- Use the Save Game Editor to correct a mistake without restarting the season.

Race Mechanics
Races feature dirty air, energy management via ERS and DRS, tire wear, changing weather, safety car, VSC, red flags and pit‑lane queuing with double stacking. The AI calculates undercuts and fuel strategies, while players must manage team orders, fuel loads and tire choices.
Development outcomes may succeed, be borderline, illegal or fail, prompting stewards to investigate with fines, point deductions or confiscated prize money. This adds regulatory risk to each race and influences how aggressively teams pursue upgrades.
- Watch weather shifts closely; they directly affect tire wear and pit strategy.
- Balance aggressive ERS/DRS use with the possibility of stewards penalties.

Team Management
Between seasons players recruit staff, upgrade headquarters, sign sponsors and rename their team. Driver contracts include unique traits, peak ages and decline curves, and negotiations occur each off‑season. New talents (regens) appear, while teams may go bankrupt, rebrand or adapt to evolving regulations.
R&D lets players invest in wind tunnels, budget caps and aero concepts, each with a chance of success, borderline legality or failure. Illegal outcomes trigger stewards investigations, adding a strategic layer to development decisions.
- Recruit staff and upgrade headquarters early to build up your team's facilities.
- Monitor emerging regens to secure future talent before rivals do.

Championships
Three ready‑to‑play championships—Vanilla 1995, 2025 and 2026—are fully fictional and highly detailed, offering immediate gameplay. Players may also launch directly into custom creations built with the editor, allowing limitless variation in formats, eras and rules.
All content is translated into ten languages, supporting a broad international community and making multiplayer interactions accessible across regions.
- Begin with a vanilla championship to learn core mechanics before designing custom leagues.
- Experiment with weekend formats such as reverse grids or sprints to discover strategic preferences.
