About Delivery & Beyond
Delivery & Beyond drops you into a chaotic courier job where the company’s description is intentionally blank. You receive delivery contracts, collect loose scrap, and use the Prop Surfing System to launch across absurdly fast tracks.
The game offers five randomly generated maps, Steam Workshop modding, and both single‑player and online co‑op modes. It runs on Windows and Linux and includes Steam Achievements, custom volume controls, partial controller support, and Steam Cloud.
01 / THE GUIDE
Randomly Generated Maps
Each playthrough selects one of five procedurally created environments, so the layout of platforms, gaps, and obstacles changes every session. The maps are built around the Prop Surfing System, meaning their shape directly influences how you can launch across the terrain.
Because the maps are regenerated each run, players encounter fresh challenges without needing additional content. This design encourages experimentation with different surfable objects to discover routes that work best on each unique layout.
- Try several runs on each map to notice which shapes favor longer launches.
- Observe recurring obstacle patterns that may affect your choice of surf objects.
02 / THE GUIDE
Prop Surfing System
Prop Surfing treats any standable piece of junk—file cabinets, barrels, office chairs—as a high‑speed launch platform. When you stand on such an object, it propels you across gaps and over obstacles, turning ordinary clutter into a vehicle.
The feature is presented as intentional rather than a bug, encouraging players to scan the environment for any usable prop. The system works with any object that can be stood upon, making the surrounding junk a core part of navigation.
- Experiment with different objects to see which give the longest glide.
- Notice how the size and shape of a prop affect launch direction.

Steam Workshop Modding
Delivery & Beyond integrates Steam Workshop, allowing creators to upload new maps, props, or tweaks. Community‑made content can expand the variety of surfable objects and introduce fresh map designs beyond the base five.
Workshop support means the game can evolve through player contributions without official updates. Mods are optional and can be mixed with the core experience, giving players the choice to try new challenges or stick with the original content.
- Browse the Workshop for maps that match your preferred surf style.
- Consider sharing your own prop setups for others to test.
04 / THE GUIDE
Scrap Collection
Anything not nailed down—tables, chairs, electronics, junk—is classified as scrap. Players gather this raw material and feed it into the Delivery Maker 3000, which then pulls out a delivery.
The description emphasizes a “scrap first, ask questions later” approach, making resource gathering a prerequisite step before any delivery can be completed. Scrap therefore forms the primary loop that drives progression.
- Target dense clusters of unsecured items for efficient gathering.
- Leave some scrap uncollected if you need specific props for surfing later.
05 / THE GUIDE
Online Co‑op Play
The game supports online co‑op, allowing multiple players to join the same delivery contract over the network. Teams can coordinate surf routes and scrap gathering, potentially finishing deliveries faster than solo play.
The game lists online co‑op alongside its single-player mode, and players can join the same session and collaborate on the core loops.
- Communicate launch points to avoid colliding mid‑air.
- Divide tasks: one player gathers scrap while another scouts surf routes.
