01 / THE GUIDE
Turn Structure
Each turn is divided into six distinct phases: Missile, Income, Supply, Replenishment, Action, and Production. Players must plan moves across these phases to manage resources, deploy forces and build new units.
Understanding the order of phases helps coordinate attacks, secure income, and maintain supply lines, making strategic timing essential for success.
- Review the phase order before each turn to anticipate when income and production become available.
- Allocate supply early in the turn to avoid shortages during the Action phase.

Units span traditional ground forces, naval vessels, air power, electronic warfare platforms and nuclear submarines, offering a broad tactical palette.
- Mix unit types to exploit terrain advantages, like using naval units on ocean tiles.
