About Crime Simulator
Crime Simulator is a fast‑paced, roguelite‑style crime game where a mysterious benefactor bails you out of jail and expects rapid repayment. You must break into houses, steal valuables, and complete risky jobs while a deadline looms.
Play solo or with up to three friends in online co‑op, using lockpicks, crossbows, sleeping gas, drones and other gadgets across three distinct locations that each present unique security challenges and loot opportunities.

Locations & Missions
The game offers three distinct areas, each populated with unique targets and security setups. Whether you are sneaking through a high‑tech mansion or brawling in a shady neighborhood, the environment dictates the tactics you must employ.
Missions are built around risk and reward; completing a job adds to the amount you repay, while failure forces you to try again. The variety of locations encourages you to adapt your approach for each new challenge.
- Scout each area’s security before committing to a heist.
- Match your current toolset to the mission’s difficulty level.

Solo or 4‑Player Co‑op
Crime Simulator supports solo play and online co‑op for up to four players. In co‑op, teammates can coordinate break‑ins, split loot, and watch each other’s backs, adding a layer of shared strategy.
Co‑op also lets players act independently, so you can choose to cooperate fully or pursue your own agenda during a job. The game does not enforce a single playstyle, giving groups flexibility.
- Assign clear roles—one player handles locks, another watches for guards.
- Use co‑op to attempt higher‑risk jobs that would be difficult solo.

Tools of the Trade
A basic arsenal includes lockpicks for locked doors, a crossbow for silent guard removal, sleeping gas to quiet entire buildings, and a baseball bat for direct confrontations.
Higher‑tech gadgets expand options: drones for scouting, zip ties to restrain troublemakers, and scanners to locate the most valuable loot. Choosing the appropriate tool for a situation directly influences success.
- Carry a silent option like the crossbow for guarded areas.
- Reserve drones and scanners for missions with heavy security.

Skills & Progression
As you play, you discover over 15 skills that can change how you operate. Skills let you expand inventory capacity, sharpen perception to spot threats, or improve stealth for undetected movement.
Each skill unlocks a new way to outsmart security and handle larger hauls. Investing in skills that match your preferred approach makes you more adaptable across the game’s varied locations.
- Prioritize perception upgrades early to spot threats from a distance.
- Balance inventory expansion with stealth improvements for smoother runs.

Improve Your Hideout
Your hideout can be furnished with items that grant powerful bonuses: a bed raises health, training equipment expands inventory capacity, and a treadmill improves sprint speed. These upgrades affect performance in subsequent jobs.
Customizing the hideout provides a steady progression path, letting you become faster, tougher, and better prepared for the next heist without altering core gameplay.
- Upgrade the bed first for a health buffer during risky runs.
- Add training equipment before attempting missions that require large loot hauls.
