01 / THE GUIDE
Game Modes
Urban Legends is a story‑driven mini‑campaign where missions are linked by narrative, while Shuffle randomises the mission order for each run, giving players a varied experience without a fixed storyline.
Rockay Rumble pits players against waves of enemies, focusing on combat endurance, and the single‑player campaign follows Travis Baker in a roguelite structure where each run starts with a fresh set of missions.
- Begin with Urban Legends to become familiar with mission flow before trying Shuffle’s randomness.
- Use Rockay Rumble to test combat handling against multiple enemy waves.

Multiplayer & Cross‑Platform
Four‑player co‑operative multiplayer lets friends join the same heist, sharing loot and responsibilities, and the game works across all supported platforms via cross‑platform play.
When friends are unavailable, bots can fill empty slots, allowing solo players to experience the same mission structure as a full crew.
- Coordinate roles with teammates before a heist to streamline objectives.
- Enable bots if you lack a full party to keep the mission flow consistent.

Progression & Unlocks
XP earned in both single‑player and co‑op modes feeds a universal progression system; each level up unlocks new weapons, heisters, equipment, and skins.
Cash collected from missions can be spent on hiring new characters, purchasing weapons, or upgrading perks, directly influencing future heist success.
- Focus on completing missions to accumulate XP and unlock additional gear.
- Spend cash on crew hires that complement your preferred play approach.

Difficulty & Customisation
Players choose an adjustable difficulty level, which changes enemy behaviour and loot rewards, letting them balance risk and payout.
Before each mission, you can create a boss avatar, select weapons, and assign perks, tailoring the loadout to the chosen difficulty.
- Start on lower difficulty to learn map layouts before raising the challenge.
- Match defensive perks to higher difficulties for improved survivability.

Stereo sound, camera comfort options, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing provide additional accessibility and convenience for varied play environments.
- Enable camera comfort settings if motion discomfort occurs.
- Use Steam Input to map controls that feel natural for your setup.
