01 / THE GUIDE
Dungeon Mode
Dungeon Mode consists of multiple rooms that are procedurally generated, ensuring each run presents new layouts and challenges. Environments include ruins, caves, catacombs and forests, each with distinct climates, monsters and terrain that affect combat outcomes.
Within these rooms you may encounter hostile or friendly NPCs, special mercenaries, valuable items and unique events such as siege battles or defense missions, adding tactical layers beyond simple enemy elimination.
- Observe terrain height and weather before moving; they can modify attack ranges.
- Take note of NPC placement, as allies may influence battle flow.
02 / THE GUIDE
Quest Mode
Quest Mode centers on village development: each turn you can construct buildings and hire mercenaries for missions. Different quest types award varied resources, and higher difficulty levels increase the potential grind.
Village events trigger monster invasions at set intervals, creating larger‑scale battles that differ from standard quests and require strategic allocation of defenses and mercenaries.
- Balance building upgrades with mercenary recruitment to maintain strong defenses.
- Plan upgrades ahead of scheduled invasions for better defensive outcomes.

Environmental Traps
Traps and terrain interact dynamically: you can set grass on fire, electrocute enemies standing in water, or ignite poison clouds. Pushing or throwing objects and units enables combos such as rolling boulders into blade traps.
Activating cannons or crossbow traps can damage distant foes, and traps may trigger in chains, rewarding careful placement and timing for satisfying results.
- Push enemies onto existing traps to create chain reactions.
- Use ranged traps like cannons to reach foes behind cover.

Growth and Customization
Players can freely customize skills, equipment, classes, techniques and appearance. After clearing the main dungeon, New Game Plus and Reverse modes let you continue development, even resetting classes after reaching higher tiers.
Party size is flexible, ranging from a solo adventurer to an eight‑member squad, allowing any composition that fits your tactical approach.
- Mix ranged and melee units to exploit height differences.
- Experiment with class resets in Reverse mode to discover new synergies.
