Starting Out in Port Town
You begin with almost no money and can accept neighborhood work to earn a modest income. Completing tasks unlocks new mail missions on your tablet, guiding you toward larger opportunities.
Solo players can still progress by hiring workers, while co‑op groups can share responsibilities. Early earnings let you purchase an office plot and begin expanding your business.

Construction Planner and House Design
The planner lets you decide the number of floors based on land size, place walls, windows, doors, and assign room functions such as bedroom or kitchen. You can customize roofs, balconies, porches, and gardens.
After the exterior, you dig, lay cement, bricks, tiles, plaster, paint, and finish interiors. Hundreds of decoration products let you furnish every inch, earning design points and extra money.
