About Construction Simulator
Construction Simulator returns with larger campaign maps, a broader licensed vehicle roster, and cross‑play multiplayer. Guided by mentor Hape, you launch a construction business from scratch, completing contracts to earn income and expand your fleet.
Two distinct maps—Friedenberg in Southwest Germany and Sunny Haven in an American harbour city—offer over 90 contracts, renewable‑energy projects, tourism revitalisation, seasonal work, and a new tourist area, all playable solo or with up to three friends.

Campaign Maps
Friedenberg is set in picturesque Southwest Germany with rolling hills and riversides. The terrain influences route planning and equipment choices, especially for renewable‑energy and urban‑infrastructure contracts.
Sunny Haven portrays an American‑style harbour city that needs tourism revitalisation. Its layout and client demands differ from Friedenberg, providing a separate set of construction challenges across the same pool of contracts.
- Survey each map’s terrain before accepting contracts to match machines to site conditions.
- Balance work between Friedenberg’s renewable projects and Sunny Haven’s harbour jobs for steady income.

Vehicle Fleet
The game features over 90 licensed machines from partners such as Caterpillar, Liebherr, and the Wirtgen Group, each faithfully recreated from its real‑world counterpart.
Updates added the Wacker Neuson EW100 wheel excavator, the ET145, and a service vehicle for refuelling and repairs; the EW100 and ET145 support interchangeable buckets for rapid adaptation to site needs.
- Choose the EW100 when you need a versatile excavator for varied material types.
- Keep the service vehicle nearby to minimise downtime during long contracts.

Multiplayer Co‑op
Construction Simulator supports online co‑op for up to three friends, with cross‑play between PC and consoles and built‑in voice chat for coordination.
Multiplayer integrates with the single‑player campaign, letting groups tackle the same contracts together while sharing machinery and tasks.
- Assign specific vehicle roles to each player before starting a contract.
- Use voice chat to synchronise site logistics and avoid bottlenecks.

Customisation and Tools
When creating a character you can select an outfit featuring licensed personal‑protection equipment from Engelbert Strauss, adding visual authenticity to your avatar.
New tools include a flashlight, enhanced terrain reworks, and increased vehicle‑hall capacity, helping players work at night, on tougher ground, and with larger fleets.
- Equip the flashlight for contracts that occur in low‑light conditions.
- Expand vehicle‑hall capacity early to accommodate future machine purchases.

Progression and Contracts
Completing contracts raises income, allowing purchase of more powerful machinery and expansion of the vehicle fleet. Seasonal contracts and a new tourist area add variety beyond core missions.
Overall the game now offers more than 100 contracts, providing a long‑term goal structure that encourages continual growth and equipment upgrades.
- Prioritise higher‑pay contracts early to accelerate fleet expansion.
- Re‑visit seasonal contracts after unlocking new machines for extra profit.
